I mean it doesnt need to cover a universal range, just be universal in a sense that everything participating in said concept gets affected if the concept changes

they can be. especially in amphoreus that is cutoff from the rest of the world and is inside a scepter acting as a simulated universe.

Seems weird if we get CM through 'concepts in amphoreus' icl. Given all the form talk, the CM conversation seems muddy to me.
