Created a verse page in sandboxes or blogs → explain everythint about the verse and then what ratings would they get → created at least 2-3 character profiles from the verse → maybe go to Wiki Page Collaboration to ask if there's anyone who interested in the verse → then CRT.

At least that's what I know. IIRC.

If they want information to taken with a grain of salt, it would've either been framed that way from jump (eg: Dr. MEI making it clear the Cocoon's origin was her own speculation) or have later information supersede it (eg: Sa going from on par with the Cocoon, to still the same kinda entity but not even close to 1/10th of it). Marah's info wasn't presented as speculation, her credibility is never called into question, and she has yet to be contradicted. There's also not a lot of people commenting on the Cocoon, let alone without prefacing their comments with skepticism, so I don't really know stupid things your referring to.

Not really. Project Stigma was much closer to the Venus Soul System if anything. Sa's plan wasn't even much of a plan. It was just flooding the planet with Sea's power since the Cocoon doesn't control it. That's what got rid of the Cocoon, not the people dying and it being bored and leaving. People die when it does its thing all the time.

That'd be a great argument if she was only vaguely, nebulously aware of some higher order being, but she knew about the Cocoon itself.

Like I'm not opposed to the idea of the Cocoon being why the Aeons haven't glanced there (literally what else could it even be) but I don't like forcing the idea that its the barrier when that has nothing to do with the Cocoon and is something the Aeons naturally can cross all while ZERO statements of that being in the game.

Me and Scoopsie are different people. Myself, I'm confused on your point.

Is it the line about the patch of sky above them? So they're unable to leave the solar system? Like of course there's a barrier. We've known that since Part 1.5.
The only reason people doubt it is because there's a size discrepancy, Hi3 is only solar system sized.

Though, even Dr. MEI only knew there was in fact, a Cocoon.
The whole Prometheus convo was 'IF Sa is equal to the Cocoon' - Not to mention 1/10th is talked about as size.

The only reason me and others doubt Marah is because there's genuinely no way she should be able to locate the Cocoon to try and measure it. Any direct viewing or measurements of the Cocoon should also be impossible, as even Senadina, who is close to embrace, isn't recognised by the Cocoon and thus forgets previous moments within its presence.
Locating the Cocoon is explicitly only possible via the power of Finality, which nobody else has seized up until Kevin and Kiana (Sena hasn't even seized it fully). The whole reason that was possible comes down to Elysia and the previous era, infinitesimally small odds.

Not to mention Hoyo's storytelling itself takes into account what characters do / don't know. Many characters are unreliable in the moment and future conversations flesh out a topic.
For example, speaking on Imaginary Singularities. They were first assumed by Tesla and Ein to be Herrscher Cores, which isn't wrong, but later down the line the Cocoon is labelled as the one and only Imaginary Singularity.

I'll disagree since there were no humans for it to pursue to embrace after the fact, but regardless, the Cocoon has clearly grown in strength since that incident regardless, due to the several transcend dimensions statements existing. Just to be perfectly clear, I'm not comparing their functionalities, just the end-result. No civilisation, Cocoon is no longer an issue. You could just assume the sea stopped the temporal rewind due to having a screwy sense of time, but that's a leap.

Is this when Marah talks about the 'Abyss'? Due to the points above (difficulty locating the Cocoon, Sena's own experiences) it just flat out shouldn't be possible.

Yeah, that's fair, and I'll agree. It's just that I don't want to jump to a conclusion that the Cocoon is doing something we've never been told it does.

im not SuperNova, but this seems more like BDE Type 1. "exempt" does not imply qualitative superiority, rather freed from or not subjected to dimensionality
