Average Bullet Speed

Seems hyperbolic if this is just tennis being played.
These guys are built diff and it literally blitzed someone in the same scene, why would we assume it's hyperbolic if the wording & context doesn't suggest that

Anyways the feat validity is not the question of the thread in the first place, I'm asking what speed is used for bullet speed statements like this

People can be blitzed by subsonic throws or hits irl.

Well the validity matters otherwise no speed is used. There has to be something to work with, otherwise standard sidearms I guess?
