It is likely a mistake Planck made while cleaning up the profile.
Masked may attempt to contact him.
It is not allowed, but the edits do seem somewhat constructive.
Masked would prefer actual scans or sources, and will likely have to revert parts of it.
They will wait to see what staff think.

He has fixed it. Also I believe you cannot report staff members on this thread assuming it functions the same as the RVT. Though I'd wait for Ant to clarify.
I have reverted it since changes were made without a CRT.

This is wrong and the statement taken out of context. It wasn’t Flash who said this, but Zoom himself. And when Zoom said this, he meant that he wasn't fast enough to perform a Speed Mirage between the two universes, not that he couldn't perform a Speed Mirage at all. What’s more, Zoom was many times faster than Flash, which who can create multiple After Images at the same time.
