and he says that if both combatants are the same tier they cannot use anything higher than their tier.


but in the meruem match i said both were high 7-C (you told me to change it to that)


but then that would mean they can't use low 7-B stuff.

i meant as in they both start the fight with their low 7-B techniques. (since i said they both are low 7-B so they should immediately start with their strongest attacks)

No, you can't do that. Use their High 7-C keys, they go up to Low 7-B during battle.



does this mean i can't have a battle where both characters can use techniques that have higher ap than their durability immediately rather than gradually?
