    That's a valid point. But if he knows about Haki or can sense the energy it emits I don't see why he couldn't stop it. No. You would have to first showcase that Luffy can effect spatial or mathematical concepts first. Subjective Reality doesn't automatically give him those powers.

In addition, from how it was explained to me, the inside of Gojo is his domain that he has complete control over.
