Top 15 Strongest Characters for Every Tier

The low 1-C nasu people would at most be 7D smurfs, but I don't remember if the people in question are actual smurfs or not rather than being 1-C straight up
 
What does Yang Qi have to offer, then?

Light Novel Rimuru Tempest for a spot in both 5-B and 4-C (For 5-B probably above Arthas Menethil since he resists everything Arthas could do to him, and 8th place for 4-C since Woody's Plot Hax kinda screws him over), and characters from Honkai Star Rail after him in 9th place for 4-C, especially with Herrscher characters like Welt Yang. And to reiterate the Super Mario Bros characters for the empty 7th spot in Low 6-B.

Edit: Nvm. Just characters from Honkai Star Rail for 4-C, and Mario Bros for Low 6-B
Edit 2: While we're at it, let's just throw in another Hoyoverse game. The Greatest Magicmaster's Retirement Plan characters mentioned in the 6-C list (Alus Reign, and Elise) are listed as High 6-C on their profiles. As such they should be removed and just placed on the High 6-C list in the meantime unless their is another person there that is actually 6-C. This moves the Super Mario characters up, and filling in that void, characters from Genshin Impact, the most notable person I found from the profiles being the Archon of Inazuma, the Shogun Raiden Ei.

Yeah Slaughter and Carnage from Skarbrand kind of do eat his soul-- especially since Gluttony isn't out here to hax a bitch, it'll rush Skarbrand and with the skill difference at play, and get promptly smacked with either axe.

Light Novel Rimuru himself is not physically 5B/4C. If one of Rimuru's abilities, Gluttony, is integrated into a clone of Rimuru, an entity is formed that physically becomes 5B/4C but separate from Rimuru himself.

As you know chinamen. Xu Jingming got a new 4C key after he got corrupted by the Abyss.

Can the top 4 from 4-C deal with 4D/5D hax? Mind, Body Puppetry, Pain, Fire, Corruption, Madness, Spacetime, Matter, and Dimensional Manipulation at 5D potency. He's also immune to all non higher-dimensional powers (well, those that have been shown in-verse and are under 4D potency, if you exclude time). He also only stays in the higher dimension while fighting using guerrilla tactics from there.

There is also Meng Hao (Spirit Realm) who got an entirely new profile - 254k bytes of update (power/resistance)...but I will look later through the top as I'm not familiar with who is there now and what changes they may have got. Will likely nominate him for multiple positions ... if he can take any tho.

Well, happy to be here once again and bring the mighty chinamen to light. I have some malevolent updates planed in the future.
 
You should remove SCP (they are being removed), which should bump those to spot 1

Just the mere idea that some web"novel", occupied 10 ******* spots by relying on literal capshit level of "umm actushy, it is said in chapter #303 that the gun in the closet is tier 0". Good grief

Neah. Only the MC gets such treatment...impossible to get such a thing if they aren't composite of the verse or their magic system scales all the powers to X point in time or realm. But there are such beings who only appear for a bit and are a composite of their universe in Chinese novels.
 
Also. Mage (WoD), only has 1-A to 1-A+ haxes right? I don't think he fully scales to WoD god tiers, or atleast not in His 10-A key, if I am correct, shouldn't gao beat him then?
 
Woody woodpecker should be above xu jingming, or at the very least li qye. The smurf shenanigans of the latter doesn't matter if he gets memed by plot manip instantly
 
Cui Heng might have a chance at #3 6-A.

Who is the strongest character out of the listed (Crota, Son of Oryx, Oryx, the Taken King and Savathûn, the Witch Queen)

It's also because Oryx stopped scaling to the Vex structures, so no low 1-C or High 1-B for that

Even now there are four active content revision thread, so I don't want to discuss whether Diablo can beat Destiny characters just yet (there overhauls that can change result of the match for good or bad)

But still, it seems impossible for Cui to beat Diablo (Light Novel) in key 6A.

(Links to Tensura characters (#4) are outdated, so 4th rank in 6A should change from "Characters from Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken (Rimuru Tempest/Diablo) to" Characters from Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken (Mainly Diablo (Light Novel)")
 
I know I've said this before, but why is Joshua Radcliffe not ahead of Lu Zhiyu in the 5-B list?

IIRC all of Joshua's hax is High 1-A via his previous keys getting it from his High 1-A self or something like that, while I assume that Lu's hax is either Low 1-A or 1-A at peak.
