DEATH BATTLE! Discussion Thread (All-time Death Battle Spoilers Alert)

I enjoyed the episode, even if there were a lot of things I disagreed with.

Anyway, Superboy Prime vs Sentry will be pretty fun! It's been a long time since we had a Marvel vs DC episode.

Lucius vs Innocent Zero would be way better
I buy that

Just also wanna say that seeing Denji kicking Yuji in the balls twice was funny, it got a smile out of me.
I want to ask a question from a medical standpoint. Does getting kicked in the balls actually hurt? Shows portray it as painful, but when I was younger and doing stupid shit, it happened a lot and I did not really feel much. Is it actually painful from a medical standpoint?

What kinda balls do you have bruh😭 speaking from experience it hurts like hell

The moment I saw them taking Oregon sword seriously I knew it was over. They also didn't account for the toxic blood in the fight itself despite mentioning it. Really weird but at least it was well made.
Still, oregon stuff is kinda bs ngl.

Your balls are basically very sensitive with no real protection like bone or muscle to keep them safe. They also have a good number of nerve endings so yes, you will FEEL that.

Also, wow didn't expect to talk about why getting hit in the dick would hurt here, but okay...life is strange and all that.

It is very painful.

Though, from what I understand, it's not recommended if you're in a fight because, if someone is expecting pain, it's not as effective (it also puts you in a compromised position).

It might be this tbh. When I'm in a fight I'm expecting to get hurt a lot, so I kinda welcome the pain. As I grew older, nobody usually aims down there anymore unless they're trying to get knocked out.

But all in all it's nice to know not to get hit down there.

I guess Kashimo and Dabura no longer exist.
Already explained in the episode and they used 10 seconds for Denji Calc, use less and he is gonna be faster

And again, relativistic JJK but at the same time match 3 is impressive, Dabura is beyond "humans" and he is faster than Mahoraga who at the time is stronger that Gojo, Yuji is as fast as Dabura? No lol

So Yoru is relativistic too? Just admit it's ******* horseshit. No one in CSM is faster than gun devil bullets. I don't personally think JJK is relativistic either but it's clownery that they decided to downscale Yuji's speed when they have never done this in the show's history.

Gunshy humblebragging:

Note: as the top comment observes, the blood at the end is not from Duke Nukem but from the train.

I don't normally go to DB twitter for takes but man the meltdowns are pretty good ngl.
I made peace with the fact the match was pretty debatable, but i didnt expect Low 7-B MHS+ Yuji even after upscaling Gojo and Sukuna.
And they even gave Denji the controversial High 6-C feat when even perfectly unconvoluted scaling like 100% Gun Devil KE could reach 7-B ranges when highballed, lol.

They mentioned the acid thing to counter poison (even if its wrong).

Also man, bad news. I went to check the Oregon thing and that panel where he is sliced? It happens before Denji is matching Yoru's sword. So unfortunately in DB logic, that one panel doesnt debunk Oregon sword.

Denji still got sliced afterwards so use the scene after instead lol

Yuji's speed when they have never done this in the show's history.
Megaman not being FTL against Astro Boy at minimun

Asta not being FTL

Deku literally being weaker in his second episode

Bakugo is city level in his episode, when he clearly is almost Deku level or All Might level, who btw, already appeared in the channel and is country level

Tifa

ETC

Also, even though I have never seen Chainsaw man, things like this only go crazy because the "standards" built over the years used by so many people will eventually lead one of them to believe that the logic of cutting someone in half and the person regenerating because they are as strong as what bifurcated them lol.
