Existence Erasure

Drago has not been erased from existence many times in the series.

1) Even though Drago's body was erased, his soul still existed. Until the Ancient Warriors created a new body for him in the first episode of Season 2, his body was erased but his soul still existed.

Two books were published along with the canon blog being accepted means a lot of new abilities. This CRT will ONLY BE ABOUT ABILITIES. This originally was going to be all the ability changes but due to how massive this became I had to move the more confusing abilities into the next CRT. First let's take a look at this scan. As you can see, it is not just another justification for Dracula's power increasing with each resurrection, but also the existence of this evil side/will acting on his behalf.

From what I saw on the page, Empowerment is about something that the user has no control over. Dracula has no control if someone tries to revive him through a ritual.

1. Damage Reduction for Public Safety Suits

Damage Reduction (Devil hunter suits are noted to be "sturdy" and capable of defending the user from lethal attacks)

1. SPEED NERF AND RESCALING
Sadly, it is time for Massively Hypersonic+ to go.
Lightning dodging is not consistent in the verse and seems to be very heavily consistent with only supersonic speed.

In this video we see that nobody can react to lightning bolts at all.
In the game, the attacks seem instant as well

No delay, no visible flight speed.
