The first character's regeneration and regen negation rely on mana, which is a natural element and is found in everything around us, in every person in this universe, but not everyone can use it. To counteract the regen negation caused by mana, you need to release even more of your own mana. No other healing methods will help unless you meet the requirement. Because mana is present in every person, we've never seen this regen negation work on people without mana.
The second character's regeneration and regen negation rely on biological fuel and his own cells. He has no mana or other magical energy. Will energy equalization work in this case? Because in one case, it's the invisible energy around them, and in the second, it's the elements in the blood and body.
