and if you need what I'm going to post here is my like summary on it

I disagree with the way info type 2 has been presented in this thread
I don't have a full post written up yet but basically I'll be saying that a concept (typically) defines a given quality or whatnot, info defines how that quality is expressed, ie using an example using physics stuff, the altering the concept of spin would change what spin is on a universal level, changing the infomation on a particle's spin wouldn't change what spin is for it, but instead it would change the particle's spin (and I could also make similar things for like law/plot/what not but im not sure how much that would be derailling or not)
