Hey Therefir, I just had a question about the recent High 7-A buffs to MHA. Given that we've used the whole "8% is 1.6x stronger than 5%" before, couldn't we do the same for the gap between Deku's 45% and 100%? That would be about a 2.22x gap, which would make the High 7-A characters 1.42 gigatons, which isn't a big upgrade at all but it is one and I feel like percentages are far less subject to questioning than upscaling (even though I did agree with the upscaling)

Therefir, is there a fragmentation value for ice? My friend gave me one but im not sure if this is accurate or where he got this information. If one does exist would it be useable for some MHA feats like people destroying a lot of Todoroki's ice?
