Hey, I found a speed feat in Naruto which I believe could yield an upgrade. Tried to reach out to a few people, but they didn't reply. Since you seem to frequent Naruto threads, decided to reach out to you.

Sasuke reaches Itachi in the timeframe it took lightning to travel around half a meter. Should be around 5-6 times faster than lightning via eyeballing it, meaning it would be above the current Kakashi calc.
