What do you think of this feat?:

(Apparently, while chasing a dude, Nyarlothep's Avatar and his minions (Likely others of his avatars) resist the explosions of multiple Universes exploding and recreating at the same time, while traveling via sheer speed through different space-time continuoms (straight up massively above FTL+, if you ask me)

This feat would be 2-C to 2-B???. Like, this is most likely a durability feat?:
