"Full power" stands for a well-feed Galactus, and it's the same level as X's standards. Whereas Galan's power may decrease with time, X's power keeps stable. I can't figure a scenario with Galan stomping X without the UN.
Something I forgot to mention:
In "Steven the sword fighter" and in "Reformed" is shown that building another hologram is a slow process for Gems; as quick regenerations leads to glitched/unstable bodies. If a gem gets poofed in battle is... pretty much doomed.
Excluding Rose Quartz, Steven and all the gems that have healing powers... there's some facts to consider:
1. In the short "What are gems" it is revealed that the gems are... gems. Their bodies are actually "holograms... with mass".
2. In "So many birthdays" Pearl told that gems may not die of...
Well so let me understand: Every Tier-2 Character is at least a 4 spatial dimensional being? That's what really makes me confuse since many 3 spatial dimensional characters are able to create/destroy more than one 3-D space-time continuum.
The character tiering page says that low 2-C characters are the ones who may create/destroy the space-time of one or few universes, but I notice people reserves low 2-C to characters that creates/destroys the space-time of one universe.
So maybe is neccesary a change?
@XFluffDawg: The community tries only to use what is shown to keep the accuracy high and make the site reliable.
@Azathoth: I noticed you answered before I edited the post. My bad. The logic of the second link is, as follows: Paradox is banned from The Forge of Creation and he can't be near...
Watch this. From minute 20 and second 10.
Also watch this. From minute 3 and second 26. (Paradox getting into Alien X prooved that Serena and Bellicus are somewhere near the forge of creation, thus prooving all the points are universes, as stated by the same Paradox in the same episode).
I think "life wiping" tier is unnecessary, as is an extension of what a character may do; if a character is able to destroy a planet is able to wipe its life (Cosmo and Wanda did wipe all the life in the universe except Timmy, Trixie and them; and that they were able to do that is a consequence...
Mid time:
Tenchi Muyo! is fisting Marvel. OAA and Kami agreed to become The Fulcrum and Tenchi (that means they are their second most powerful level) so they don't lose all the action.

Lmfao, a fed Galactus is above Alien X, and this is coming from the writer of the Alien X respect thread on another forum. Galactus is very very strong, eating Universes for breakfast. While for Alien X, making/destroying a Universe is against the Multiverse Preservation Act...
Seems to be a spite thread; but leaving aside a High 2-A being is infinite times stronger than a 2-B one and the fact Enerjak is a higher dimensional being well... I forgot what I was about to say :(
The facts:
1- Vegeta can't just destroy the whole space where the fight has place since he can't survive being in the outer space (although he may survive the explosion).
2- Naruto God-Tiers are pretty much at the same level.
My thoughts:
So far I understood only one being is able to fly in...
