    I mean what do you think is the best way of countering a Toon character that can do insane stuff, like Popeye or Baby Ducks (Regular Show) or Bugs Bunny? By the way, The Dip from Who Framed Roger Rabbit and Epic Mikey is banned... it has to be a clear and fair fight so no omnipotence either...
