The Judge has around a ~20x AP advantage, but that shouldnt matter given that Four's Regenerationn and decent hax should make it up.

Well, by seeing fights of him, all he does is give aneurysms to his opponents which can give varying statuses, as his usual resorts. For reference, heres a fight of him.
