1A Cell Manipulation??

Hi everyone, was rereading JL 2018 and was wondering how the 1A tiering qualifications would mesh with how Alpheus limits himself in the material multiverse since it's explicitly stated "He rewrites his cells" and if it would conflict with the qualifications for 1A beings enter non 1A realms since he's not using avatars.

If anyone could weigh in their thoughts it would be nice 🙂

P.S the mxy scan is me wondering if 6th dimension doesn't qualitatively transcend the 5th and if it's just an extra quantitative layer (dunno if it wrecks the 1A meta as well)
