Ultraman Neo Mebius (Post-White Mebius Arc Aegis form) is my nominee. If you want any clarifications on his abilities, go ahead and ask me but I'll give a rundown and a few MAJOR abilities: High-Godly regen (self explanatory), Omnilock, Non-Corporeality, Immortality types 9 and 10, Probability Manipulation (turning stuff to absolute 0% and 100% and stuff like that), and a whole bunch of resistances.


Edit: for clarification on what degree of 2-B Neo Mebius is, he is capable of effortlessly destroying multiple magniverses? Clusters of timelines. The smallest cluster that the 9th dimensional humans have recorded has got over 88 Quadrillion in it, with Neo Mebius being a threat to countless amounts of Magniverses. I'd say he has a good chance ^-^
