1. A universe that exists in the cosmology (in a way that it can be affected, interacted and accessible) only if a certain ritual is made.

It means that if the ritual isn't made, regardless of what happen (even cosmology nuke) it won't be affected as being in a kind of "non-existant state" separated from main reality, what kind of ability can it be granted to the universe/owner?

2. A universe that's negating your skills/techniques in a way you just can't performs them without going through mind manip stuffs (including abilities that comes along with) what ability would it grant? [ANSWERED]

3. Traveling between universes/spacetimes by using pure instant speed/movements, what would it grant?

4. Do we consider feats themselves above layers by default?

Like if A have 12 resist layers of 8-B transmutation, would B with baseline 5-B transmutation enough to negate all layers or is there a limit? And so on for any examples

Most of the time it would serve as an anti feat to it being separate spacetimes

If you can definitively prove that they are, that would be Dimensional Travel

That's... kinda the whole context, but it should be noted that it's not affected even on any metaphysical level (unaffected by causality, cm, plot, fate and so on if not ritual).

I also wonder how can it be any of the abilities you listed, you can consider the universe "non-existant" to main reality or something.

The Universe/Place, whenever you enter in, you can't perform your skills/techniques, whatever it is.

I thought Dimensional Travel was through portal, not pure speed?

Usually, using physical movement is an anti feat for them being actually separate tier 2 structures, and can be argued that they're a part of 1
Either way, Dimensional Travel doesn't limit it just to portals

Dimensional Travel can be achieved by teleporting, Sealing or BFR too

Oh, I get it, but it's kinda hard to answer... probably a weird state of immersion since this universe have 0 actual position anywhere by default (since it's not summoned) so it can't be interacted/seen but still exists (probably in a deeper layer of existance or something).

And then having a postion/is summoned when the ritual is made (that include the creator of this Universe living within btw)
