is there a way knowing who they are? where would the strongest of superman's forms be in this list (if there at all)? are characters like goku fittable in this list? im just curious.

Going to be exclusively Light novels. No one like Goku, Superman, or literally anyone else is going to be here. Light novels, especially ones that love metafiction, have the most obscenely powerful characters of all time.

Edit: Akuto Sai is probably number 1 though. Don't know of any other protagonist that hits High 1-A.

Well, Elder God Demonbane is in the "Primary Protagonists" category, and he's High 1-A, but I know literally nothing about Demonbane, so, I can't confirm anything.
