Fight takes place in a reaallly wide canyon (To accomodate the Eldritch boi)

Alright! This seems like a good match. Also that battle theme is perfect.

So Kenny isn't gonna take this thing lightly. He's gonna see it and be like "Holy hell, what even IS this abomination?! This cannot roam around my land GAAAH! H E R E S Y" so he'd definitely not underestimate it. They both have pretty good resistance to each other's haxes and it seems that after a while, either could potentially punch through these resistances. The King can bring this thing to his Room, a Pocket Reality, and potentially screw it up hard with reeeally heavy space-time attacks or potentially just lock it inside and be like "Goodbye, abomination!" pretty much sealing the thing inside.

But then again this thing also has some pretty hefty hax like being able to dissolve planet sized beings and hax billions of normal people at once. It would be able to hax through the Kings resistances after enough time.

I feel like inconclusive is the best answer here while I'm possibly leaning on the King. I feel this thing could hax through his resistances faster while the King has a few methods to basically instantly win so it all comes down to what happens first.
