I was iffy on it being Macro-Quantum because we don't actually know if these are electrons, protons, and neutrons.

I mean, they kinda look like it, but they also look like Saitama and Garou. Idk.

Made some changes to Saitama's profile mostly with wording and formatting.

I also changed his stamina from Unknown to Superhuman since he has demonstrated superhuman stamina in the Garou fight.

I don't know if that requires a CRT. If it does then my bad, and someone can just change it back I guess.

Probably not. Because it is likely the attack was actually faster than light, since that's where Garou scaled to at the time. I doubt he would try to launch an attack slower than himself at Saitama. Especially since he mentioned Saitama wouldn't be able to dodge it.
