That’s not how negation of invulnerability or intangibility works in the first place, the former is just being strong enough to harm them and the other is just NPI

What? The whole point of invulnerability is that its completely immune to conventional harm, which is verbatim stated here along with being "unbound by material constraints of Human World" which should be enough for it not being just durability but hax
Intangibility and its negation is not part of this thread, Glass

Being impervious to all attacks doesn’t automatically mean invulnerability when Dante is using a much stronger devil trigger in the first place. This needs to be some supernatural element to it akin to Hercules from Fate/Stay Night where he cannot get harmed by something that wounded him or killed him in the past. Being unbound by material constraints of the human world doesn’t sound like any form of invulnerability, that sounds more like intangibility or incorporeal. If material stuff doesn’t apply to this creature in the first place.

Oh whoops, confused this thread with another DMC thread that was pushing for intangibility negation, my bad.

Invulnerability is the power to be immune to conventional harm.

Characters with such powers may simply be unaffected by normal attacks, necessitating the use of things like Durability Negation to get through. Others have more conditional invulnerability, such as one that just prevents harm from conventional weaponry, but can be easily circumvented by supernatural abilities. It can be considered the defensive equivalent of Durability Negation, negating simple Attack Potency, though one should be careful not to apply No Limits Fallacy.

These guys are pretty much invulnerable until you break their wings which fits 1:1 to the page description of invulnerability

Not really, it needs to be specific that it comes from a passive ability to essentially null raw damage to qualify as invulnerability hax; simply being immune to all attacks in the surrounding environment until whatever it is enhancing durability is removed would just be them having "Stonewall" levels of durability (As in the antonym of glass cannon, not literally saying others are less than durability of actual stonewalls) until their wings are destroyed.

That's what the page says tho.

Now if ya'all disagree the page better be edited to reflect the idea that being immune to all attacks is just simply higher dura.

So everything besides invul amd subjective reality (changed with illusion creation) can be added?
Cuz threads months old

not really buying the invulnerability or invul negation stuff, and the subjective reality stuff just sounds like illusion creation. The rest is fine.
Illusion Creation is more limited to mental or perception based. While those of the Qliphoth are more tangible and has affected the physical reality. Even for Malphas we consider her powers to be pocket reality in the wiki, instead of just illusions.
Hence, Subjective Reality deals with this better, imo
Creation/Summoning: The user is capable of creating and manifesting objects and entities that aren't real at all, and only "exist" in the imagination and dreams of the user and/or other beings.
Just wanted to clarify about this.

Malphas created a pocket dimension and trapped V in it, and there was certainly some mental stuff t play there, but is that really subjective reality? I guess she dd shut down his summons, but that could also be reality warping.
