So Terry scales far above 0.014 Tons while Miles scales to 0.043 TNT, which gives Miles a really good edge in AP. Terry has much more skill, versatility, and experience than Miles, so this should be pretty even.

I'll have to go with Batman Beyond. Similar AP, Durability and Travel Speed, but he has the Combat Speed advantage.

In fact electricity seems to be the thing that's most effective against the suit iirc.
