Round 1: Goblin attempts to rob Frank in Paddy's pub. Speed unequalised. Frank has access to all his standard and optional equipment- Goblin only has access to scimitar. Frank is behind the counter providing him with full cover and the goblin is 55 feet away (I know this doesn't make sense but for the sake of the hypothetical).
Round 2:Speed is equalised but Goblin can attempt to sneak up on Frank
Round 3: Frank gets prep time- and knows all the goblins abilities and approximately when he arrives, However this time it is 2 Goblins with access to all their standard equipment
I don't really need to add bloodlusted because both characters would probably be so anyway.But the Goblin won't be cowardly
