A Question about Dodging Lightning

I’m not sure if anyone has asked this before, but I have a question about it.

If a character is able to dodge lightning—whether it’s a near-miss dodge or an effortless, casual dodge—and the feat cannot be calculated (for example, due to camera angle or measurement angle issues that make it impossible to measure pixel distance for calculations)

I’m wondering:Would such characters be granted Massively Hypersonic+ speed (440,000 m/s), equivalent to lightning? Or should their speed be considered lower than that?

sorry for late reply...by dodging lightning feats should able to get u the lowball which is around 100,000 m/s - 150,000 m/s. it's based on some studies about lightning speed.

Is there a link or a reason why it’s 100,000 to 150,000?

I don’t see the numbers 100,000 and 150,000 anywhere. Could you copy the text for me?
The speed of lightning can vary mostly in the range of 1.0-14×10⁵ m/s.

For the purpose of calculating speed feats, we use the average lightning speed of 4.4×10⁵ m/s (Mach 1282.798834), which is suggested by this study. Similar studies have found average speeds within the same order of magnitude, albeit lower.

Sorry its 100,000-140,000 m/s

Wasn't 4.4x10⁵ = 440,000?. 14x10⁵ = 1,400,000
