A question about GT Goku with the sprit bomb

This sounds like a dumb question but..... Considering that Base GT Goku can use a 3-A Sprit bomb does that mean SSJ4 goku can do the same technique on a much higher level due to the SSJ4 multipliers ?

Well, Spirit Bomb isn't just Goku's energy, but also a collection of energy from the entire universe. Also, it's implied it's a lot easier for Goku to control it all when he's in his base form.

I mean it would basically be like this :

Base Goku with sprit bomb : Goku's own power + everyone's power

SSJ4 Goku with a sprit bomb : (Goku's own powers + everyone's power) x SSJ4 multipliers

Right? And I assume Gogeta should be able to do the same thing?
