Has this verse ever remotely used a data book. This is something I also wondered about and I'm surprised the second one was completely ignored. Of course there was nothing of note there that'll change anything but if there's a third one will people even acknowledge it even if it's useful for things like feats and stuff ?

People don't really pay attention to the data books due to the stats being nonsensical. Most of the actually true information has to do with the character's relationships or some trivia on them.

Yeah I know about the stats being rather stupid but I guess this just serves as a reminder that they do indeed exist and indeed can be used. I was excited at first that they were using super moves with the character descriptions and that they might provide something but it was mostly rubbish sadly.
