Sounds like a magic nullification, TSC (and Needless in general) abilities are based in dark matter.

Only one ability of TSC use ki, and is not like it use it, it straight up manipulate ki; and other two abilities that are spiritual oriented, but is just communing, summoning, absorption and NPI. Also, if the attack is a blast or something is can be opposed or reflected.
I also feel like TSC could potentially create matter that allows him to contain electricity, and seal negi if its in that form, at the end it pretty much control any type of real matter.
