my friend goldenscorpions best summed this up

Suisei doesn't have any direct combat feats, nor does she directly fight anyone. Her skill in combat is unknown. This unknown applies to her weapons, too. We see her wield a chainsaw and threaten someone with it, as well as swing a flail ready to attack someone else. But we never see her actively fighting with them as of yet.
Which is why I listed it as "Chainsaw and Flail User", not "Chainsaw and Flail Master" or "Proficient/Skilled with Chainsaw and Flail". All we see is Suisei wield and use the weapons, not attack with them, so it's unknown what her level of skill with them is.
 
So Bane is a LOT more skilled but Suisei has better physicals overall. Suisei could probably turn him into sushi, but getting the sushi piece past his mask might be difficult

I think I'm slightly leaning towards Suisei due to her physical advantages, but I do want to wait to see what supporters say
 
Knowing bane this would end up as some kind of restling with him grabbing her to try to break her spine or something like that, but thanks to suisei really higher LS this would probable end up with him lossing limbs or beingh ripped in half by her tring to get out of his grip. So voting the V-tuber

Meh, she isn't a fighter, she probable would start with chainsaw sinse she actually treathned someone with It. The moment Bane try to grab her trough It's his end
 
well if she starts with a weapon like that then bane isnt letting her hit him and is going to defensive. and if he does go for a grab and starts to get overpowered he can just kind of punch her till she lets him go.

Bane is a grappler fighter, he 100% woulf go at least twice for the grab, and if he does that, Her massive LS means she ripps him apart by just strugling against him

He didnt really grapple against batman. he went more for punches.

it wasnt that batman was hard to get ahold on. he genuinely was going for punches for the most part. and only grappled when batman tried to. and that only was get bats off of him really. and considering she's going to be starting with a two handed weapon he would probably try to take it from her, get over powered and ragged dolled, then realize how strong she is. then play defensively and outskill her. I vote Bane
 
also. does she have the lifting strength to just rip him apart. the strength to overpower him yeah but does she have the strength to rip him apart past his dura?

If he goes to grab the chainsaw she outwrestles him and shove the thing on his chest
 
When a fist-fighter faces a melee weapon user, it's common for the fighter to try and immobilize the weapon user by grabbing or twisting their limbs, grappling them or something similar. All these relate to LS.
Bane is undoubtlessly more skilled than Suisei, but the stats difference makes it so Bane would need multiple clean strikes to defeat Suisei, if he decides to punch instead of grapple.
Assuming Bane's possible course of action is 50/50 between grappling and punching, Suisei beats him if he goes for grappling, and it's possible it would require too much time to defeat her via punching before Suisei either grabs his limb and twists it or gets a clean strike with her chainsaw. Let's not forget that Suisei has the option of shrinking, if she really needs to avoid getting punched too much.

I'm voting for Suisei. I believe she can win more times than not.
