She should definitely have ice manipulation. She easily flash freeze her opponets and her control is good she can freeze you while keeping your insides warm like the Dinosaurs from the Savage land. There is way more though. Just know Storm was the one to train Iceman with his powers.
She should have matter or cloth manipulation during X-treme Storm created clothing for herself out of thin air. She can also manipulate the matter in her X-men suit.
Storm is able to manipulate the moisture and reflect light around her to cause Invisbility.
She should definitely have stealth. She is able to speak up on Omega level telepaths like Rachel, Psylocke, and Quire without them even knowing she is there. She is also able to hide her presence.
Storm powers are based on the electromagnetic spectrum, so it would make sense she has magnetism manipulation.
In the all female x-men Storm was just play around with lightning and caused a huge H-bomb in the atmosphere. Should that be explosion manipulation?
Storm using the geomagnetic fields was able to produce earthquakes. Is that Earth manipulation?
Storm is able to use her winds to make forcefields and lightning fields.
She should have enhanced strength too. Storm is able to use her winds as striking power sometimes.
Also heat manipulation as she can agitate the molecules in the wind. Sound manipulation should be one as she can manipulate the air to increase her hearing or use it to block/filter sound so she can only listen to a select few people. Last but not least (she might have tons of other powers I haven't listed yet) Cosmic awaress. Storm has the power to perceive the entire universe as energy patterns, she can bend to her will.
Also her speed should be updated in X-men Treme Storm was able to fly to the edge of space in panel. Her winds are also fast enough to block cyclops beams and she used them to fly. She has also shown teleportation with lightning and can also fly with lightning.
