About higher dimensionality

If you find out that a character is 5 dimensional, and everyone else in the universe is lower dimensional like 4 or 3, but you know for a fact that the 5 dimensional character is from the same universe, would that mean that the universe has 5 dimensional space-time because a 5 dimensional being originated from it?
