something something, you need to be able to react and move at those speeds and viceversa
so this scales all around to your speed, doesn't matter if the feat comes from travel or reaction speeds

Depend, if the verse explicitly separate the immeasurable travel speed with combat speed, then yeah you can get immeasurable travel speed only.
