1. Can immeasurable speed be layered? For example, if Character Y already has immeasurable speed, then multiplies their speed by ten thousand times, does that mean it's layered immeasurable speed or is it just higher level? If it layered, is it ab?

2. What is the difference between Attack Speed and Combat Speed?
Are they the same type of speed?

A: Sends millions of punches at the speed of light
B: His punch moves at the speed of light
Which one is combat speed and attack speed? Are A and B the same type of speed?

Layers don't work like that. It's just higher up the scaling chain, I could be wrong tho, Immeasurable speed standards change faster than I can blink.

Attack speed is just the speed at which your fastest attacks can go assuming you can't reliably keep them up for long periods of time. Combat speed is when you can use those same attacks for long periods of time.

Judging by how the sentences are worded, A is combat speed and B is attack speed (Assuming B isn't able to visibly react to his own attacks).
