shouldnt sttgl be 2-B?

his fight with the anti spiral took place in the super spiral space which was stated to be the size of a multiverse equivalent to thousands of universes. the fight between sttgl and the anti spiral ended up destroying the super spiral space so shouldnt this make sttgl multiverse level?

Also, both Sttgl and the Anti-Spiral's battle took place in a single timeline/space-time instead of involving multiple ones, which is why Sttgl was rated Low 2-C.

I don't think sttgl was bigger than the universe he was fighting in however.

Don't argue for upgrading Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagan characters to 2-A or High 1-C. We have talked about this several times already. For example here, and here.
This seems to only be arguing for 2-B stats.
