About the Disciples and possibly mid to lower demon level monsters.

In one of the more recent chapters we see Bushidrill who is the lowest ranking Disciple hold back two of the private squad members who are confirmed to be using the same suits as the Paradiser groups. Could this possibly be a mini upgrade for characters around this level or does it not really change anything? Also could the disciples get their own pages or is it not necessary because they're relative in strength to Iaian.
