About tier0

Look 1-A just a fiction=High1-A
And why? Look High1-A just a fiction≠0?
Nope, Think of 1-A and High 1-A like 1-B. If a 1-B views another 1-B as fiction. That character if just on a higher layer and not one 1-A, this also same for 1-A and High 1-A

To be tier 0 you need to view an infinite hierarchy of high 1-As as fiction.
Basically if one entity that is high 1-A views another as high 1-A and then there's another one who views them as high 1-A, and then this goes on infinitely, that would be extremely deep into high 1-A. If a character views that entire system as fiction then he's tier 0

Not really. Even if you transcend an infinite hierarchy it would still be High 1-A. The gap must be the same between High 1-A and 1-A, i.e inaccessible

High 1-A: Characters who can affect and create/destroy states or realms which are completely transcendent over infinitely-layered Outerversal hierarchies and any extensions thereof, as well as the framework in which such entities are defined in the first place. Note that simply adding more "layers" to an already infinite 1-A hierarchy (or some structure of equivalent size) is not enough to reach this tier, and one must be completely external and unreachable by it in any form.

They transcend 1-A hierarchies as a whole and become tier High 1-A. Same happens with tier 0. Idk what your point is

Did you miss this part?

Transcending an infinite 1-A hierarchy won't get you to High 1-A

And Tier 0 works the same, but in relation to High 1-A.

So transcending an infinite High 1-A hierarchy won't get you there.

It just needs to be the same gap between 1-A and High 1-A.

The conceptual jump between 1-A and High 1-A is the same between High 1-A and 0. Said jump being "you cannot reach this no matter how much transcendences you stack, even if infinite or above" stuff.

Hmmm... ok then. I'll just stick to High 1-C and below.

Even tho it's easier to get above baseline High 1-A/0 than it is with 2-A for "reasons".
