Absolute madness. Possibilities flying around. A Rat vs a Dude with nice hair.

Considering that Fifteen can see all possibilities while Rat only play 100, Fifteen already known what's going to happen despite being in another timeline. That, and adding higher AP, overall skill and abilities, Fifteen should win with no issue.

Can rat actually beat the time reset?

I actually think this might not be as straight forward as we think. While 15 can experience all possibilities, if even one of those possibilities one time involves Rat winning then Rat can select that reality. Basically if Rat wins this fight even once out of 100 times then he wins the fight (he has no way to bypass time reset though)

Once Rat figures out how Chronos works via experiencing it he could try to make 15 bleed a lot or if 15 makes even one mistake in any of the possibilities he see's then Rat could select it and lock it in. Although I think 15 takes it with teleportation Jutsu/better combat skill anyway.

Rat needs to live the possibility first, he can't just freely choose 100 out of countless, is more like "doing this didn't work, let's try with this method now" multiplied by 100. Unless Fifteen tends to tell to his opponents what power does he have before killing them, don't think Rat will instantly known how his power works.

Fifteen (apparently) knowns what are all the possible outcomes, meanwhile Rat needs to check 100 out of infinities.

Yeah this is true. He does have to live through the possibilities. All I mean is if 15 ***** up or loses once out of 100 tries then Rat wins. 15 has completed more difficult challenges before fairly easily though. Like if 15 see's himself losing once in the first 100 times then Rat wins the fight is what I mean I guess.

Isn't this a stomp match? I can't see how Rat winning this at the first glance of the Fifteen's profile lol
