First, we need to explain a general term. In the verse, there's a term used to refer to several things depending on the translation such as; evil aura, evil ki, evil spirit, malevolence, etc, as the kanji used in all of these in Jaki (邪気). In the new GARO: Taiga, we see that Jaki & Inga refer to the same thing, so to make things simple going forward, all evil will be referred to as Inga, which is the unconscious negative emotions that all humans have.
Now, id like to propose a Abstract Existence for Horrors
Abstract Existence (Type 1 - Horrors are evil spirits & amalgamations of desire created by the negative thoughts/Inga of humanity. As such, as long as humans are evil, Inga and Horrors will continue and thus the battle between Horrors and Makai Knights will never end (GARO, Episode 16))
