It does. Though usually a single "transcend time" statement isn't enough and you need more, so it ends up giving type 4, or nothing at all, instead.

What I’ve seen, it explicitly has to be above causality.

Because transcending time statement on its own isn't enough. So it get equalized to a higher temporal dimension or something, instead. But if you have enough context for "transcending time" you could get type 5.
