Pretty sure it is inconclusive. If accel feels hatred. He can not do anything to Esta and Esta can not get past the sield I dont think.

Accelerator mellowed out a lot after meeting last order and getting lampooned relentlessly by amata.

He's still brutal but in a more logically reasoned way (instead of "**** you ************ I'll kill you with all i have!!!" it's "i dont wanna risk underestimating you and having the past repeat itself therefore i shall attack you with the sufficient amount of power required to end you in one fell swoop,no more no less")
