Accelerator's Regeneration Negation

So, I was looking at his profile and noticed something: His black wings have Regen Negation rated at High, due to Kakine having a hard time remaking his body when damaged by Black Wings. Should this scale to post Clonoth? Instead of it being just high-mid in that key

Post-Clonoth key refering to base state of him, while having High-Mid in base, his Black Wings still the same.
