I want to add the cancelled Noble Phantasm and Skills for characters.Would be viable?

These are:

• Benkei Butsu:Duplication by Spatial Manipulation-Benkei uses this to clone himself seven times without control by slashing space with his naginata who are equal in power to him and his attributes are boosted by the number of replicas that aren't destroyed or unmanifested
• Eight Implement:Power Absorption-Benkei uses this to steal someone Noble Phantasm which will return after a number of turns but he can turn into a projectile to return
• The Globe:Shapeshifting-Shakespeare uses this to transform something into the image of a individual of someone life.He uses for social engineering
• The Disputed Spoils of War:Madness Manipulation-Using the pelt of the boar and releasing magical energy,Atalanta travels in a straight line and induces disorder in those in the line and start killing each other

Also additions to Atalanta

• Skill:The Golden Apple

Draws the enemy attention by displaying a treasured item

• Noble Phantasm:The Seven Arrows of the Big Dipper

Meteor arrows that come from the Ursa Major.They continuosly shoot the designated target until the target death upon which the remaining strikes will be divided at targets at random
