Well here we go.

Speed is equalised, both are given prior knowledge but aren't allowed to prepare the battlefield. Fight takes place in the streets of New York, standard battle assumptions otherwise.

Hitman - 0

Outlaw - 0

Inconclusive - 0

47 literally bodies hard. He stomps guys who can smash through wooden doors and tank massive explosions, and has his Instinct to counter Arthur's Dead-Eye, not to mention 47's massive skillset designed solely around taking out enemies like Arthur.

Just want to point out that instinct doesn't work on people relative to 47

It only doesn't work when you want to speedblitz. Otherwise, it can track people just fine.

UGHHHH

I am TORN, cause I love Arthur since he's my favourite video game character ever, but Agent 47 brings back so many memories (Of being trash at the Hitman game hecc)

Can someone give me REASONS as to why agent 47 bodies? Other than "he bodies"

His insane skill record, his audacity to be able to tamper with any machinery he can get his hands on without any knowledge on it firsthand, his ability to stomp hordes of equally-skilled clones, being able to stomp a 200-kg man just by yanking him, withstanding explosions that can destroy doors, rooms and whatnot, being heavily skilled in espionage, reconaissance missions, getting access into highly-secure areas with the people only mistaking it for wind, etc.. Not to mention his aim is more impressive than most humans can muster, being able to take shots with revolvers from hundreds of meters away with clean precision. Fodder enemies in Hitman could casually bust through gigantic wooden platforms and 47 had no problems stomping them. He also easily rekts Pablo Ochoa, who can take hordes of minigun rounds and still laugh at you and call them rounds as peashooters.

Not to mention 47 himself has a knack for detecting weak-points, figuring out when something is wrong, finding objects of interest, retracing steps and even figuring out where newly-made trails will be placed. Pretty useful for making murders looking like accidents or an act of God.

Simply put, he can do anything Arthur can, but better.

"his audacity to be able to tamper with any machinery he can get his hands on without any knowledge on it firsthand"

Not really relevant in a fight like this

"his ability to stomp hordes of equally-skilled clones"

AP difference?

"being able to stomp a 200-kg man just by yanking him"

I'm pretty sure Arthur has done similar things to big people

"Not to mention his aim is more impressive than most humans can muster, being able to take shots with revolvers from hundreds of meters away with clean precision"

Arthur can do the same

"who can take hordes of minigun rounds and still laugh at you and call them rounds as peashooters."

Arthur can take quite a few as well until he is put down for good.

"Not to mention 47 himself has a knack for detecting weak-points, figuring out when something is wrong, finding objects of interest, retracing steps and even figuring out where newly-made trails will be placed. Pretty useful for making murders looking like accidents or an act of God."

I'm pretty sure Arthur's Dead Eye is better than that, as it will slow down Arthur's perception of 47 and make 47's perception of Arthur faster. Keep in mind, Dead Eye also affects any type of bullets. If Arthur get's shot at, he can go into Dead Eye, 47's bullets will be slowed down, and Arthur's will be just as fast as they would in normal perception

However, in 47's case, he has more experience and has a likely higher AP.

So for now I'm going to vote inconlusive

It's Arthur's Dead Eye and his enhanced sense and his natural ability to sense danger vs 47's experience and AP. I honestly thing it'll be easier if 47's goes for h2h combat rather than shooting at Arthur

Edit: I think 47 will outsmart and outplay Arthur, BUT, I think Arthur is being underestimated

47 stomps guys who can one-shot doors (516 kilojoules, he just one-shots them with a single handgun bullet of his, which has no problems penetrating highly-advanced armor from the ICA, or by simply going in through H2H combat, which would require not even 2 hits, or 47 could just toss a mug) and tank explosions that can blow up doors and rooms. 47 also has no problems landing into water from over a thousand feet. Not to mention that 47's weapons are also capable of punching out harder than him, and he takes these rounds on a regular basis. 47 can also casually open locked metal gates just by slamming someone onto them twice.

47's Instinct also slows down his perception of time around his enemies.

I also forgot to mention that 47 tanked an avalanche and only suffered from a 4-month-long episode of backpain because debris got him stuck in a crevice in such a postion that would initiate it.

If his instinct cancels out Arthur, then it honestly feels like Arthur gets badly stomped.

If not, I guess 47 wins. But still feels like a stomp if Arthur literally can't do anything

Instinct definitely cancels out Arthur's Dead-Eye, as Instinct was primarily based on the Dead-Eye system itself, confirmed by WoG. This also seems like a stomp to me.
