Well Palkia just got an upgrade to Likely 2-B on the main wiki, so this match will need to become that of Aiden in his God-Tier form using the highest key if you want this to be somewhat fair.

Huh, that wasn't there last time. Aite. I think I got my vote here...

Both combatants have similar stats, so essentially this is a battle of hax, and simply just at a glance, Aiden seems to have more potent hax than Palkia.

Aiden has control over time as well as space, and probability manipulation, which increases Aiden's chances of winning greatly.

So, my vote goes to Aiden.

Meh, might as well give this a bump and give my vote (partly due to boredom).

Like Xmark said, both have pretty similar stats. Though Aiden seems to have more of the edge in that due to having higher Dura and then fact that he can be omnipresent across space unlike Palkia who can only do that in it's own dimension. Otherwise, they're both normally the same rating.

What does of course comes down is hax, and i go with Aiden like what Xmark said above. He seems to have more hax than Palkia and some if not most or even all of them seem more potent the the latters.

All in all, God-Tier Aiden has it for me.
