Anyway, Aiz destroys in both rounds. First round her skill is way above Asuna's considering the battle experience she has in confront to Asuna.

Second round Aiz just has to touch her with her sword and Asuna dies considering she ignores durabilty.

Third round they would win with speed equal, but like this Ruby has much better reaction speed so she should win easily.

Aiz ignores durabilty and if Asuna distracts her with range spells problem is solved as Aiz is also more skilled.
