Street Fighter's Raging Demon takes on JJBA's Ultimate Lifeform!

Akuma hears about this "Ultimate Lifeform" and goes to battle him to see if he truly is. Kars sees his opponent and merely scoffs at the thought of a human being able to match him, especially when he is in possession of the Red Stone of Aja. Nonetheless, he engages the Martial Artist to show him his place.

since Akuma would most likely want to figth Kars at his best he would most likely just try to hit Kars normally at first to see if it was just a fake rumor at first, and because of that he would have been absorbed pretty much instantly, otherwise I would see Akuma winning due to soul attacks and higher AP at his best than DP or atleast what we know of Kars DP, the problem is that can Akuma even hit Kars? Kars has way way way faster Reaction speed and attack speed than Akuma, so I would see kars trying to use hamon to melt him, though I don't think the hamon would melt Akuma, Kars would probably absorb him for his power, but Kars could potentially shut down Akuma's brain with Hamon. so I would say Kars unless morals are off and Akuma are instantly going all out with soul attacks. unless Kars got this via Absorbation hax and hamon brain shut down.

Kars will have to spam the Red Stone of Aja to have a chance, since without it he is just 7-C, two tiers below Akuma. If he somehow losses the stone or is tossed away, Akuma will pretty much destroy him in the long run via Raging Demon

The first thing that comes to mind when the Ultimate Lifeform gets into a fight is that he has an IQ of 400, a lot of people seem to forget about this fact, given that he doesn't have time to prepare & do some Batman magic, he possesses something potentially better, the enhanced abilities of every life form, we know that Kars can dissociate his own body into multiple entities, he could send/transform into a swarm of bacteria or whatever, getting inside Akuma's body, if he has no way of countering it that is, then kill him from inside (If the thing he has transformed into isn't potent enough he could always feed off of him, kind of like Santana's leeches). One in many possible scenarios, when being that smart, it's hard to be out of solutions.

Kars via Sendo Overdrive, Absorption, and enhanced versions of the abilities of every life form, he could potentially even multiply himself like a starfish, or maybe even a faster version of bacteria splitting itself, create animals with the sole purpose of swarming and/or poisoning Akuma, the only way Akuma wins is if he can use the Raging Demon before Kars can do any of that and destroy his soul.

People need to realize how broken "enhanced abilities of every living thing" actually is, for example, bacteria can theoretically go from one to one billion within ten hours in perfect conditions, remove the "perfect conditions" and speed up this process, and the 36 Kars on Mars begin to look absolutely pathetic, he could give himself wings to fly, create animals with parts of his body, regenerate into even more Kars (Imagine a Starfish that has the Regenerationn of a Pillar Man), and even in-universe abilities like Hamon, except far greater than any user in the entire series, and to top it off, an IQ of 400

If Akuma can use his Shin Form he can win since all of his already superb techniques are enhanced even further past their limits like faster warping and more power behind his attacks, and even without his Shin form he could still beat Kars but with more difficulty. He beat Gill, who is basically a god, and Kars has no defense against his Shun Goku Satsu (Raging Demon), and considering how long Kars has lived and how many atrocities he's commited the Raging Demon would kill instantly on hit, and considering how much faster Akuma is than Kars he should have no problem landing the Raging Demon. As for the absorption, he was absorbed by Necalli and used his Mudo Tensho to escape like AdobeAldo23904 stated earlier.

We should remember that Kars is slower in movespeed but he has better reactions, and his many abilities can kill Akuma, he can't escape Kars' absorption because it isn't soul based like Necalli's absorption, it's acid based instead. I'm voting for Cars.
