Hi In a verse, does a UES (Universal Energy System like Chakra, Haki, Ki, etc.) necessarily amplify all stats (AP, speed, etc.)?
For example, with a statement like: «In this second state my power is ten times what it was before, I'm invincible» would this mean that the UES boosts all stats (AP, speed) by 10x, even though only 'power' is specifically mentioned?

It depends on whether by power the verse actually means all stats are being amped. It's a case-by-case basis kinda thing.

Depends on the verse, some verses only have evidence of AP and Durability but not speed. But there are verses where speed is effected. And there are cases where we avoid downscaling Final Attacks or Ultimate attacks that drain the user after a single use to their casual/regular attacks and by extension their striking strength or durability.

Okay, but for example, if after the mentioned power boost we notice that the character's speed is higher than it was before, can we deduce that the '10x power boost' also boosted their speed by 10x?

Yeah, if things like Kaioken techniques are stated to multiply Strength, Power, and Speed by X, then using it as a multiplier across the block is fine.
