I'm pretty sure it's a stomp from li Qiye.

The hax of fear, soul, law, and death are quite dangerous. Plus he has regeneration and regeneration denial that Woody can't overcome.

Of normal hax (not counting the pen) Woody has that affect the guy are: madness (type 3), sleep and sealing.

The first one is dangerous because it is passive, but the other two can perhaps be dodged?

With the statistics equalized, Woody drops to relativistic, while Li would still have the MFTL+E infinite thing.

Besides of course, Li has better range and probably much better battle ability.

Now talking about Woody's pen, he starts with BFR, unlike Buzz. And BFR is done by creating a lever and pulling it, opening the floor beneath you.

Apart from Madness, the other thing that "save" Woody is the passive plot. But this depends on what is argued between the two sides and how they convince the rest of the people who look at the topic, since someone can speak NLF.

Anyway, too much wall of text, I'm not really going to read to see how each of Li's abilities work. So good luck to you guys.

• The combat speed of that faster character is assumed to be equalized to the combat speed of the slower character. Every other speed the faster character has is reduced by the same multiplier. This includes the speed of any attacks, projectiles, reactions, perception, flight etc.
  • Speed Amplification techniques are assumed to grant the same percentile of increase to a character's equalized speeds, as they would to their usual speeds.
